All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Once the return is authorized, you may dispatch the item securely.

Returned items will undergo inspection by our technical team before processing a refund or exchange.

What to Do if Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

If your parcel arrives with damaged or tampered outer packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Should you accept delivery and subsequently discover any damage to the product, please follow these steps:

  • Report the damage to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Returns will not be accepted if there are visible marks or signs of product use.
  • Take photographic evidence of the damage and promptly send it to our customer service team.
  • All claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date. We cannot process a refund or replacement until damage has been verified by our customer service team.

Once we have received your report and photographic evidence, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

DSC Cricket USA reserves the right to refuse returns deemed excessive or made in bad faith.

  • All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt of the returned items at our warehouses.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with labels and boxes intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if products are not properly packed, if packaging is opened, or if boxes are damaged.
  • Products returned that do not meet our policy may be stored for collection at our warehouse, or you may be charged for return shipping to your registered address.
